How does 24/7 pickup work?

After booking, you receive a unique access code by SMS 2 hours before your hire starts. Use the code to unlock the equipment storage at any time — day or night. No staff required.

What ID do I need?

A current Australian driver licence or passport. You upload a photo during the booking process. Your ID is stored securely and never shared.

How does the bond work?

A $600 bond hold is placed on your card at the time of booking. It is not charged — only held. After you return the equipment and submit your return photos, the hold is released automatically within 24 hours.

What is included in the hire?

The concrete floor grinder, standard diamond discs for general use, and step-by-step instruction guide. Optional add-ons (Premium Diamond Set, PPE Kit) are available at booking.

Can I extend my hire?

Yes — contact us before your hire end time and we can arrange an extension. Late returns without notice will incur an additional daily hire charge.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

Damage is assessed from your return photos. If damage is confirmed, we will contact you before any charge is made. The bond may be partially or fully captured to cover repair costs.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is coming soon. Currently, all hire is self-pickup from our storage location. You will receive the exact address and access code after booking.

What concrete jobs can I use this equipment for?

Removing tile adhesive, paint, coatings, and sealers. Preparing concrete for epoxy or polish. Levelling high spots. General surface prep for residential and commercial projects.
